Returning a chair

• You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
• Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of chairs that have clearly been used with a child, unless the chair is faulty or not as described.
• Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of posting it back to us.

How to start a return

Email hello@lilikin.co.uk with your order number and which item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we refund the price paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or not as described

If your chair arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law. We cover the return postage in that case.

Cancelling before dispatch

To cancel an order before we dispatch it, email hello@lilikin.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. We refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
